Below are some websites and people that have been invaluable to my development as a strength athlete and trainer.

Kelly Starrett is a physical therapist and the creator of MWOD. He is absolute genius when it comes to athlete and human movement deficiencies.  He has revolutionized the world of the athlete maintenance by finding new and unique ways to improve movement using implements like resistance bands, lacrosse balls, and compression bands to improve performance in the gym and stay pain-free.

Michael Jocson is an amazing physical therapist that has over 15 years of experience.  He is based out of New York City and has his practice in the Union Square area.  His pain treatment modalities include Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) exercises, and Gratson.

Bryce Lewis has assembled a fantastic team over at The Strength Athlete (TSA).  It includes Chris Aydin, Eric Bodhorn, Hani Jazayril, and Rede Frisby.  If you are looking for offseason raw powerlifting coaching or if you are getting ready for an upcoming meet, then I would look no further than TSA.  All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the sport of powerlifting.

Precision Nutrition was founded in 2006 by Dr. John Berardi. While most nutrition companies have a clear agenda by trying to sell you their specialized diet, cleanse, or supplements, Precision Nutrition is based off a system that advocates whole, nutrient dense foods and principles that lead to a healthier diet rather than unsustainable low-calorie diets.

Inov-8 Performance first started as a bodybuilding online training company, but it has expanded its team to include coaches that are able to program for Powerlifting and Strongman.  Nevertheless, they still remain a great resource for any natural bodybuilders that are looking to prep for a competition or need some improvement during the offseason.
